"I’d give zero stars if it were possible. Waited 39 mins for two sausage Mc Muffins no cheese, no butter. They came with cheese and butter, said they’d fix them and waited 25 more minutes. Guess what, yep they came with cheese. How do you get it wrong twice?!?!? No special order sticker. I paid for food I cannot eat. Thanks."
"Food isnt good. Only thing that is worth the purchase is their egg mcmuffin & has brown. Their fries & sweet tea use to be my #1 pick but now its not even on the list."
"They provide an experience that is neutral - neither good nor bad. You will get what you type into the machine but there is no provision for leaving off the awful "cheese food product" that has become a part of almost every menu item. At Mcdonald's you will be served with efficiency. My personal preference is to exchange that efficiency for the warmth of human interaction. Machines have no soul."
"The kitchen manager/general manager at this location needs leadership guidance. I visited the location on 12/28/23 @ approx. 1pm. The 20 minutes I am dining in the restaurant, I hear and obverse the Kitchen Manager/GM yelling commands at “Dom/Don.” It seemed as if he was intentionally trying to irrate whom ever “Dom/Don” is with constant repetitivness and nature of the commands. I have been a manager of a multi 8 figure quarterly operation for quite some time now and who ever is running this location is running it into the ground. I strongly suggest providing leader mentorship to whomever is in charge or getting rid of him. And as for “Don/Dom,” I would be notifying HR of harassment of this manager."
"Main issue with this particular location is that when using the drive through, you only get your correct order 50% of the time. It's an ongoing issue. Things are left out, wrong drink, wrong sizes, special requests and more. There is a mature femalecrew member taking orders and stationed at the 1st window. She usually works mornings/days and wears her dark hair in a ponytail. I have never met a friendlier and very upbeat person! She is definitely an asset to their team!!"
