"Arrived at 8:01PM. Website and doors say closing time is 9:30PM. Walked to the and there were 3 workers present. The door was locked and one of the young ladies working pointed at the unlit open sign that you really couldn’t see at night through tinted windows and said can’t you see the sign is not on. Won’t be back there again."

"Would love to have a sandwich that’s not soggy because they have drowned the dang thing in sauce this is the 3rd time this has happened please teach ur workers how to make a sandwich because I’m tired of only eating sauce this is half way through just 1 sandwich"

"Have been having some trouble from this location.. last night was the nail in the coffin for us. On the door and online, closing time is 9:30 pm. We get to the store around 7:50, have our sandwiches made, and then are told that they are not taking the bill we are trying to pay with. (No sign on door saying that only certain bills are being accepted) we have to go to dollar general down the street, to break the bill. We made it back to the store around 8:05, they have shut the store down and locked the door and threw out our sandwiches. The service used to be great, but it has gone downhill. We would rather drive into Ruston than deal with that mess again."

"This is the best Subway I have ever encountered. It is super clean, has polite, friendly employees and is well managed. When you eat your sandwich, the ingredients do not fall all off the bread. I live seven miles away but I'll pass both Subways in my town to eat there."
