Bon Marche Appliance

"I received a call from Bon Marche about a person coming out to see about repairing my stove at 9:15 A.M. She was pleasant & told me that someone would be out between 8:00 A.M. & 12:00 P.M. At 2:00 P.M. I called & this rude, crude, unprofessional old woman answered & proceeded to question me. Where did you get this number? Who told you to call here? No one called you because I don't get here until 9:00 A.M. Rude & extremely unprofessional. I was told that I wasn't on the schedule for an appointment, but when I called my warranty company, they told me I had an appointment & I was put on hold. When the gentleman came back he said the repairman for that company was in the hospital. The same way I was called to say he was coming out, is the same way that company could've called me back to cancel instead of me wasting my time of 2 additional hours waiting for nothing. Horrible customer service. I guess that's the way customers were handled in the 50's. I would give less than a 1 star, but the system won't allow me."

"Your service department is always courteous, friendly and very professional. I have been buying appliances from Bon Marche for many years now and when I need a repairman they always have one man that services my appliances. He is great. He takes time to explain everything to us and what are a few things that I could do to help keep my appliances running great. Thank you Bon Marche for him. We appreciate how you take care of your customers."

"I gave them 1 Star cause they acted like they didn't want to load my mother in law refrigerator that she purchased from Bon Marche and they had a attitude towards her. We had too tie down the refrigerator ourselves cause they didn't want too"
