"Micheals is a good place to buy your crafts, wedding accessories etc. The cashiers are helpful, & courteous, the prices are reasonable, & the store is clean. I had a good experience buying my wedding flowers etc. from them."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Last night as we walked in the store my little sister asked us if she could ride the rolling cart while we walked around. She helped build a house earlier at school that day and slightly injured her ankle. It was really bothering her. Of course we said yes. As we’re making our way to the aisle, the cashier decided to get on the microphone and say “attention customers, the rolling carts are for customers who needs them, not for a joy ride around the store.” I immediately went up to the register to ask her who made the announcement so that I could speak to them. She lied and said her manager made it. She had the nastiest attitude with me. She “called the manager” no one ever showed. I told her that I would shop around while her manager made her way up. A few minutes passed and no one came. I went to the register to check out and I asked her did her manager come up she said “we can only call the manager for customer issues” I held up item I was buying and said “I am a customer. Correct? Thank you call her up. I’ll wait” at this point I was a bit snappy but still tried to be very respectful. Bottom line is that she made the extremely inappropriate announcement and lied about it. Lied and told me she called up a manager when she never did and highly embarrassed my sister. The “manager” of course never came up. I will go back today to speak with a manager."
"The ladies at this Michael's were so helpful. I have an Emotional Support Animal and she was welcomed with open arms. They helped me find the planners on aisle 59. So glad they had 1 of the planners that I had seen on line. I was able to check out in the back and was on my way. This was a very pleasant experience."
"So I came to Michael to find products that the app said they had in stock. So after looking I walk up front to the cash register and asked Isabel if they have edible glitter and she replied "did you look in the baking section or do you need me to go look for you" I was taken back because of the nasty look she gave and the way she replied. At that point I was done with the attitude I'm happy Julia step in and was happy to help. Honestly isabel doesn't need to be upfront because she definitely ran my businesses off I would rather take that 5 minute drive and go to hobby lobby."
"This is a good store with lots of options for craft items. I've always had a good experience here, the employees are always nice."
