"I have used National Air as my HVAC contractor at two different homes. I first met Mr. Roy Calante when I priced an HVAC install through Costco. At the time I lived in an all electric townhouse. Mr. Calante recommended a 2-stage heat-pump after explaining that running in stage 1 would maintain indoor humidity really well during cooling season, and that stage 2 would work when there is a large cooling demand - such as a very hot day. During heating season, using a heat-pump would be much more cost effective relative to using electric heating strips. The National Air crew did a really neat installation, and the system worked extremely well for the 4 years I lived there. Running in stage 1 for cooling also maintained indoor humidity levels while reducing electric use. In the winter, the heat pump maintained 70F indoors very easily on even the coldest days, when the outdoor temperature was something like 18-20F. And my electric bills in winter were also very reasonable compared to my previous system that used electric heating strips. When I moved to my new house, I knew I wanted to get the HVAC system replaced since it was close to 20 years old, and was not very efficient. I got quotes from multiple contractors. All the quotes I received for SINGLE stage systems (heating/cooling) were about $5000 more than Mr. Calante's quote for a Trane TWO stage system for both heating and cooling. The National Air crew did a clean installation. And the two-stage variable speed furnace worked very well over the winter to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. The outdoor condenser is also two-stage (once again, we went with Mr. Calante's recommendation to use a two-stage to maintain indoor humidity). I anticipate it will work as well as the system installed by National Air at my townhouse. Mr. Calante is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy. National Air technicians are courteous and very professional in their approach. The office staff are also very professional. I recommend National Air as an HVAC contractor with NO hesitation!"

"Chase (supervisor) doesn’t want to return my call or give us our contract and paperwork. Brand new unit and still not working properly. No one in the office wants to communicate and assist with my needs."
"Knowledgeable and effective. Cordial and professional. Timely and went extra steps to insure not only that our problem was resolved but also that any other potential problems would be addressed. Great company, great service!! (special shout out to Wayne!!)"
"I’m really glad I worked with these folks. Chase, Johnny, and Josh were all fantastic and detail-oriented. They installed a state-of-the-art new system, including ductwork, in a historic home. In addition to being very knowledgeable and good at their jobs, they were on time, super polite, and left everything extremely clean. Their price was reasonable and thoroughly detailed, and I enjoyed talking with Chase about historic home preservation. I highly recommend them!"
