So about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem...the circuit board was fried. Unfortunately, not repairable, and to add to the sting... an identical unit servicing the other half of my duplex was already well on its way to burning up and failing at any time. The technician, David, was a total pro... empathetic that I was not planning on replacing two systems...and he did not pressure me into doing anything about it right then and there. The minimal visit fee for the diagnosis would have been more than fair if I had decided to take a few days to shop around. I decided to have him replace both units with new systems he recommended for quality and reliability. I don't think I would have saved much shopping it around, and I am certain I got my money's worth in terms of a quality product and professional install that will stand the test of time."
