"My uber eats order was messed up beyond belief. The chill cheese fries had more chili than cheese on it and was overcooked, the bacon on my triple baconzilla wasn't done at all and was missing condiments, the cinnamon apple pies I recieved were overcooked and tasted like sandpaper (and they smashed it in the bag with the rest of my order, so some of my order had apple sauce all over it), and to top it all off, half of my order was missing (a big bufford combo and an all american cheeseburger). This place, among many on chef, is just the worst."

"Closed 35 minutes before 3 am. rude with attitude having air pods in not helping anyone at the window or informing them that their not accepting orders in a timely manner. Girl rolled her eyes at me for having a doordash order..."

"I went to get a rally burger with cheese and a Large French Fry. Now I used my app. I get my food and the burger was cold and the cheese was just slapped on. I give it back and the guy who I guess was acting manager asked me pull around. They hand me the same burger which was cold but just put it on the grill for a second to melt the cheese. It was still cold and he tells me that he gave me a small fry as well. Don’t matter. Make the food hot or close for the night. When I get home, I had to throw up. I think it was because my burger was still cold. This location needs to do better. But because it is in a black neighborhood, I doubt anyone really cares."

"The vibe was great awsome person taking my order then im not sure what happened but. By the time i got to Windows i was cussed at and almost thought my food was going to be shoved through my hand."

"I actually never got my food, i ordered food on the app went to pick it up and noone was there during the opening hours. Theres no option for refunds on the app and when i went the next day to get the issue resolved, i was giving a 1800 number to a girls talking hotline instead of the right number to call for a refund."
