"The mobile express lane is the stupidest thing Chick-fil-A has ever done. If you order ahead on the app you have to go to the outer lane which is the longest lane. You're better off going to the inner lane every time you go there and order when you pull up. Don't order in advance unless you're trying to wait."

My Cobb salad was old, brown lettuce at the top and bottom. Previously, fries were cooked in old grease, cookies hard, and the bun wasn't fresh. Disappointed."

"I honestly couldn’t be happier that a Chick-fil-a is located conveniently to my home, but unfortunately, I’d be hard pressed to eat from that particular store again. I was extremely disappointed with the nuggets. The nuggets were overcooked and very salty. Onto what was a revolting experience is the fact that I had a foreign coiled blue object inside the nugget. I do not know what it is but I immediately stopped eating. See the picture attached to substantiate my statement. Service was good but when I asked if condiments were in the bag, the response was yes. Literally glanced before I left and there were no sauces! Had I made it home without sauces, I would have been livid. By far this is the worst Chick-fil-a. - beyond shocked!"
