"They are never open and running on time. Every time I came there from 10 to 1030. They kept saying 15 minutes. It was a 15 minute wait .They're opening up late. They're not fried Chicken on time. If you're store opens up at 10, then why aren't you there for 8 o'clock? Fried Chicken by 9 so it can be open for 10 horrible service. Horrible customer service skills no manners, and the place was. A ghost town because they kept telling people it was a wait . , I would never try to eat here again. I never even got any food I never got any service I hate this place"
"Went in and ordered the 2 for 7 2 piece meal option. Asked for 2 thighs got thigh and drum stick. Got coleslaw instead of mashed. No utensils given. Smallest large drink ever. More like a medium. And an employee walking around in house shoes. That's a safety and health code violation"
"I had not been to KFC for more than 20 years, and I was reminded why I've made that choice. First let me say that this particular fast food restaurant surprised me with how nice and clean it appears. The dining room as well as the restroom were both very clean. I'm not sure if that is true when they have a lot of diners, because clientele was very scarce on this day except for the drive up. I ordered the three piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. The chicken was well cooked and juicy, but so greasy that the entire breaded outside just slides off on the first bite. This quickly reminded me why I do not frequent KFS and have not been there for so long. Once all that breading, with all the herbs and spices is gone, why would I want to eat the bare chicken thighs and leg. The mashed potatoes are nothing to write home about either, and quite close to flavorless. Don't stop because of the price either, they are at least as expensive as other places offering chicken meals. Just do yourself a favor and stop at a competitor establishment. The chicken hasn't been good since the Colonel died, and no one is interested in reviving the restaurant."
"The manager on this night to us from the start we had to wait on fresh chicken nuggets for the smashed bowl..we said no problem but why she gave me cold old fries...The fries was so hard I could not eat them. So I bring them back and she had attitude about the fries. She replace the fries and gave me 3 pieces of small nuggets on one of my smashed bowls...She a petty manager and needs to be suspended ASAP. Now I see why y'all don't get no business. me and my husband ordered two smashed bowls from KFC"
"Went to order a 3 price big meal. Wanted 2 breast and 1 wing with 3 biscuits. The girl at the drive thru Cas no clue was customer service is. Her attitude was horrible. She told be they had only ONE breast and I would have to get dark meat. I told her I needed the breast and she said they didn't have but one. So I changed the order to get one breast and 3 biscuits. I got to the window and asked how could they have only one breast when all they served is chicken. She said because he hasn't dropped it yet. I asked doesn't that mean cooked them. She said no it means dropped them. I asked, what is dropped and she said put them in the grease. I asked if putting then in the grease is the same as cooking them and she said yes. REALLY! I then asked, why he can't cook small portions at a more frequent time, that way chicken is ready for customers without them going to waste if no one shows and she said do you want to wait for him to drop some. I asked how long as she said 20 min. I said no. It's right at dinner time and they have NO chicken "dropped", really. Then the 1 chicken breast she gave was cold and the biscuits hard. Just sad."
