"Very very very Rude. Every time no matter who's working the window it's an unpleasant experience. The old lady is Rude. The young ladies are Rude and always I'm their phones. The gay dude with the dreadlocks and came is also Rude. You ask a question and they ignore you. You tell them thanks and have a nice day and their response is "Uhh huh". Not to mention a young man ran in their restaurant fearing for his life and asked them to call 911, instead they put him and watched him get shot to death infront of their restaurant. Please don't support them nor their store next door. I doubt this place will make it to see the end of the year."

"Did not receive good customer service. I asked the young lady if I could get my gumbo early because I wanted to eat it while I wait on my sandwiches I was told that someone would come and fix it but no. I returned to the window and asked about my food she told me that someone would come and fix it again no one came. I returned to the window again to ask how could I receive my food and I was informed that I would receive my gumbo when my sandwiches just was ready and I will receive my food at once I could not understand that because I wanted to eat my gumbo while I wait. So I will not be returning since I can't have my food that I paid for when I would like."
