"What an incredible experience!! A couple friends took me to this gem on Bourbon Street and may I say it did not disappoint. Everything was spectacular quality. I highly recommend the banana bread pudding because it is simply out of this world. If you’re new to the NOLA definitely snag a reservation here. It is pricey but if you have the budget to splurge definitely come here."
"We were a bit underdressed for the main dining room but were escorted to the green dining room behind the bar and fit right in. We didn't love all the dishes, but it wasn't because of preparation--that was superb. It was great to try some local fare here for that very reason. Service was excellent--best we've had in Nola to date. Rewards line the walls and are well deserved."
"In town for work and my friend told me I had to try Galatoire's. This place is awesome. It feels very original as it has been around since 1905. The staff wear suits and make it feel like Bourbon Street in the early 1900's. The Oyster Rockefeller was perfect. The shrimp creole was the best I've ever had. Seafood Okra Gumbo was delicious, and it didn't overpower the seafood. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here on the regular."
"Today we had lunch at Restaurant Galatoire. Being Montrealer we are quite spoiled when it comes experiencing in our town all levels of french cuisine. I would say. The service was impecible. Food was ok. I certainly will not list as an amazing memorable culinary experience. We have ordered two shrimp dishes. In both the shrimps were overcooked. The desert was good. But the pecans were stale."
"Such great food and a lively crowd. Very noisy so be prepared. The crab Yvonne was amazing, so was the bread pudding. Service was good. The steaks also looked amazing. It was a fun time."
