"When we're traveling, we often pick a number and go to that restaurant on either the Google list or that we see. This time, we landed on this place. When we first pulled up, we thought maybe it wasn't actually a restaurant because it looked like a house. But I'm so glad we decided to give it a chance. Absolutely delicious. I got the chicken fajitas, and the chicken was flavorful and not dry (a problem in the past). Hubs got the quesa birria, which is a quesadilla made with birria meat. Didn't leave a spec on his plate. Nieces got shrimp fajitas and birria tacos, and all I hear from that side of the table is "mmmmm"... I am super grateful that they were very cognizant of my food allergies. This is greatly appreciated. From what I understand, they haven't been open long. Only thing I'd change, honestly, is that they offer chips and salsa because that's how I typically can tell if a place is authentic and what I'm going to get from the menu (you can tell a lot about a place based on the chips and salsa). If you're debating trying this restaurant. Take this as your sign to try it out. Amazing service above all else."

"My wife and I love to travel and find restaurants where the locals eat with a good atmosphere along with good food and service. Tony did such a great job in doing this for us we ate with them all three days we were in New Orleans. Definitely the best Mexican food and the Shrimp Po-Boy was amazing."

"So happy we found this new place! First impression was super reasonable prices and DELICIOUS MARGARITAS AND GUACAMOLE. Then Tony the owner was so welcoming and very tasty shrimp tacos and chicken fajitas. There is a covered patio in the back with 6 or 7 tables plus a big parking lot. The inside is a big space - could easily have 75-100 person events."

"This New Mexican Restaurant is amazing. Best tacos I’ve ever had and you would love their specialty drink called cantarito. It’s fruity but not super sweet just the way I like it. They also have outdoor seating and play area for the kids. I recommend this place for anyone to try at least once and you will want to come back again"
