"Very rude young lady named Charlie was Very disrespectful. I phone ordered, with an estimated time of 12:23 was supposed to be ready. Went in and her and her coworker never even asked me what I needed. After standing there until 12:40, I finally asked if my order was ready. She wanted to see my phone for my receipt. Never had this happen before. While others were trying to be patient waiting for her to keep running to the register, doing nothing, she finally gave my drink to her coworker to give to me me at 12:50, making me late for my appointment at the doctor's. No sorry sir or anything. Worst experience ever. 1st time ever seeing this crew. Before this visit the attendants were great"
