"Waited in line for 20 minutes. Get to the window, employee hands us a bag, then immediately takes it and says it isn't ours. Closes window. Few minutes later hands us back the SAME bag. They forgot our coke. Employee closes the window again. Waited another few minutes. They gave us a small coke that is so full of ice I could barely get the straw in. Tastes like water. Extra fries are mushy, brown and cold. Caniac combo fries are the same and the breading on tenders is mushy. Not fresh at all. I will not be returning to this Canes."
