"This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to the manager Ossie is very disrespectful and rude and does not have leadership qualities at all. I do not understand how they have somebody like this training, other employees and managing a store today I was cursed out and treated like an animal by this manager. This is a horrible restaurant they warm their food in the microwave and they treat their customers and trainees horrible I witnessed today how this manager talks to her employees and her trainees all the trainee did was find a bowl in the microwave and got cursed out and treated like an animal from her boss. Burger King corporate needs to do something about this and I suggest you do not go to this restaurant and if you do please report them."

"The staff is rude. But the food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere would be better with a friendlier staff. A woman walked in to buy food with her children and grandchildren. She also had her very elderly mother with her and the elderly lady was moaning about to pee herself because you can't use the restroom without first buying something. Staff is very inhumane here. Even with the fresh and hot food. I will not eat here again."

"I live in the area, and usually just go to McDonald's, but I decided to get Bk today. Walked in, the dining room is beautiful. The food is blah, but the service, The service was very bad. Waited 5+ minutes to even be acknowledged while standing at the counter. Finally got to order, and had to wait 10+ minutes for my food. Was asked several times by the lady who took my order "you had what again?" It's cool but, it was a whopper and chicken wrap, wasn't like i had a custom order or anything. Also the bk wrap looks nothing like the menu, and is over priced at $2.99. Probably going to be a while before I go back to bk."

"I am vegetarian so I order the n#3 impossible whopper. I am used to the plant base " meat" and know what it looks like. What I got today is a whopper wrapped in an impossible whopper paper. I got MEAT !!!! Probably because they don't have plant based meat ready to go and did not want to bother. It is unacceptable and unprofessional!"
