"Like usual your walking around the mall and decide to grab a bite. My mistake was going to Thai Max instead of ANYTHING else. I ordered the Seafood Soup because I love Pho, I knew it wouldn't taste the same but somewhat similar. I get my food and see some weird artifical what they told me "fish" and "squid" floating on top. I asked to swap everything out and just get more shrimp in my soup and also I was sorry because I knew I should have asked beforehand not having been there before. After 2 mins of back and forth with them I give up and just decide to try it. It was disgusting!! Chewy and scary!! I go back and ask for a refund which they rudely gave back. Horrible, rude customer service and sketchy food was my experience. Do not recommended this place."
