Wendy's

"Worst Wendy's I've ever been to and I will never return. This place should be shut down. No one wants to work!!! The order is never right and good luck getting them to answer you when you drive through. It should not be considered fast food because I wait less time at a restaurant for food. ALL ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! After the LAST time of being ignored at the drive thru, window, and watching the employees argue infront of me inside for 5 minutes before taking my order (actually I decided to leave at that point) I've had more than enough and they have lost my business as well as my local family's business forever. Very poor representation of a Wendy's which is unfortunate. Rude staff and terrible management."

"This Wendy’s used to be a good spot. Service here is horrible always slow drive thru is never open due to “not enough employees” the ones that do work here don’t know what the hell they are doing and move like a snail. I had to come back and make an edit the cook himself is the only employee that’s keeping this place going"

"Complete trash, from the order quality to the employees. It's always disgustingly dirty, fountain drink machines and point of sale computers are always down. Place needs to be gutted and replaced with a completely different restaurant."

"Literally the WORST Wendy's I've ever experienced, consistently. I've been there 3x in several months and every time was a bad experience. They are the SLOWEST, most rude, get orders wrong, ask you to pull up for food then make you wait 20 minutes, and today they weren't even taking orders at the drive through. I sat for 5 minutes before going inside to see if they were closed."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in excess of 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker. Got there about 7:50 PM on a Friday. Got no greeting. No lights were on the menu to read it. Only car at speaker. Thought the speaker was broken. Called their phone number to ask if the speak was broken. Someone picked up and immediately hung up. Called again and was told the speaker wasn't broken. That there was just a lot of people and was hung up on. Customer service is definitely lacking."
