"So unprofessional, always forgetting food, and when you try to let them know food missing instead of replacing it they say go through doordash or burger king app to get a refund, even when you've spoken to the manage on duty at the time the incident happened, that knew the food wasn't placed in the bag and said they would put your name down. If I could give them a ZERO I would most definitely would. Burger King it self has great food, except the one time my fries were still raw, the employees at Burger King in Rayne SUCKKKKK. Well the MANAGES anyway. Just TERRIBLE."
"We just waited at least 10 minutes for someone to answer the speaker. No one would answer, three other people sat there and waited too. We saw one person inside on their phone, drove around and waited again. Saw no one when we passed again."

"I went to try the Italian chicken sandwich and I was highly disappointed. First they have me the wrong sandwich and when I tried to call to speak to the manager the number doesn't work. So I had to drive all the way back to get the correct order. When I got the correct thing it was cold, soggy, and disgusting. There was barely any sauce and the cheese was barely melted. When I got back home I had to heat it up and add more sauce. When I heated it the cheese just puffed up and didn't melt and the entire meal was awful. The worse part is they weren't busy so there was no reason to ruin my simple order. The food should have been fresh and done right the first time. Definitely do not recommend."
"Messed up 80% of my order. I ordered on the app. This sure looks like mustard only right? I do not recommend this place until staff is replaced as they are rude and argumentative about their mistakes."
