"Went to the location in Rayne, LA last night and spent over $62 dollars on food that was kinda cold and they jipped us on our order! Me and my wife ordered bacon double cheese burgers but instead we were given the same single patty burgers as our kids yet when we called them to let them know about there mistake the best they would offer were some $2 dollars off coupons for burgers that cost around $10 apiece!!!! This is the first time I've had a bad experience with this location but I think its more on the young group of workers they had in their last night vs the company overall... anyway has anyone else had this problem with this location lately?"
"When we order some food it was tremendously. Long service,and they got our food horribly wrong. So if you plan on going their they other options."
"Service is always good, but the food has been going downhill for awhile. They always forget something minor or barely out any sauce on the sandwiches even though I ask for extra. Most of the time the fries or tots are old as well."
