"Bathrooms are locked. My girls needed to use it... Children.... And when asked about it, the worker said that they don't have the keys to the bathrooms.... Send nobody in the whole store. Can use the bathroom?? Two in the same ten mile radius told me this.... What's going on in burger king?"
"Spent $30 on an order through their own app to this store. Went to the drive thru, now they won't even make the food because "it's not in their system" even though the app, the receipt, and my bank account said the food is paid for, for that location. Then had an attitude trying to yell and argue about it saying obviously its not paid for. The attitude and disrespect this store shows constantly after dark is ridiculous."
"I haven't been to a Burger King in years, at least 10. Decided to stop in to eat lunch, big mistake. The food was like it's always been. The service was lacking, I mean really lacking. We waited 15 minutes for our meals, we were the only two inside the restaurant. The soda dispenser did not work, so I had to wait again to get any kind of refill. I realize the workers don't make much, but hey, you're at work make the best of it. I suppose it will be years before I go to another BK. But hey I did enjoy it so maybe next week I'll give another BK a chance to impress."

"Horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. They ruined my breakfast plans. They have no hashbrowns in store. The management team did not plan ahead. It's always better to order more than less. Just incase theirs an issue with logistics/transportation so that you are still able to serve your customers. Or they could have seen if another store had inventory until they received their inventory. Customer service is not a priority for this location. They might as well send everyone home for the morning shift."
