"There’s really no point in trying to come to this location past 9:00pm. Night shift manager isn’t interested in running the store. **IF YOU’RE EVER TOLD THERE IS A 30-40 MINUTE WAIT AT THE SPEAKER, THIS IS A BOLD-FACED LIE TO GET CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE**. Tell them “okay,” order your food anyway, and pull up to the window. You will not be waiting that long. Don’t let this awful excuse of a manager fool you. I know this because both times I was quoted such a lengthy wait (yes, it has happened more than once), I had mobile orders that I said I didn’t mind waiting on. The wait was actually less than 10 minutes each time. Any food service worker knows that actual excessive wait times come with valid explanations from employees and usually signs posted to explain the delay. This woman simply doesn’t want to serve customers. This last visit (I mean last in more ways than one) I came through to pick up a mobile order and she told me I couldn’t receive a particular menu item. I decided to cancel my order, but before I could they marked my order as “being prepared” so that I could no longer cancel. I immediately returned to the location at around 12:30-12:40am to receive at least something for the money I paid, and they were telling me they “closed” when I was staring at the obviously posted hours saying they were open until 1:00am. The employee standing near the window refused to speak to me face-to-face after I honked and knocked on the window. Eventually I left and I’ll obviously be filing a chargeback with my bank for the food I paid for but never received. If you insist on ordering at this location, which is a bad idea anyway, don’t let any of the employees or managers give you any nonsense. The second they do, immediately file a complaint. Better yet, Taco Bell should ensure that these employees are let go and replaced with people who are actually interested in doing the bare minimum job they’re paid to do. I work in fast food, I know how it can be. I don’t need smiles and upbeat attitudes in the window or over the speaker. But just like it’s expected of me at my job, I do expect to be served during posted business hours and I really don’t think that’s too much to ask, but apparently for some people it is."
"This was the best experience I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time! My chalupa shells were stale and I went to get them swapped out and had the best service to help me with that situation. The woman that fixed them for me was super kind and even made us extra food for the trouble. Delicious food and nice staff!"
"Employees ordered me to pull around as they were not currently taking orders. Understandable it was 10pm, I pulled around to await further instructions only to be greeted by the employees outside talking to one another smoking would could only be considered a blunt passed between everyone. Apparently one of their friend pulled up and they made him his food with me still waiting to be seen. I have since left and will not be returning to this location"
"Honestly 0 stars. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla with added lettuce. After receiving my food I realized there was no chicken in my quesadilla-- just lettuce, cheese, and sauce. I tried to call but phone doesnt work. Once I got to the store someone (Earl) told me they ran out of chicken. So they just decided to give me a chickenless Chicken Quesadilla. (Im guessing if I didn't pay extra for the lettuce I would have just received cheese and sauce.) He also told me I couldnt get a refund, and doordash isn't giving me a refund either. This was my first experience having taco bell and I have to say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a fastfood restaurant."
"Came to this Taco Bell after we almost died at waffle House so excited to indulge in some yummy tacos, but they messed up our whole order. I asked for just beef and cheese and I got the whole inventory on my taco. They also forgot to give me my cinnamon twists, but I caught that before I left so I went back through the drive-through & got them. Never ever go here it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire life."
