"Absolutely the worst to go service at Drucilla. Been a loyal customer for 2 decades, I will not return. 2nd time I order burger, home to find I get someone else's food. 2nd trip to get my correct food, ask for refund of difference, to Stephanie will give me .50. Insult to injury. Horrible customer service on your mistakes."
"I made a take out order on October 20, and as you can see by the photo, the onion rings were burnt and weren't a good portion. I won't make that mistake again. One of my favorite places to eat in Baton Rouge! Always good. My favorites are the chicken croissant or the shrimp remoulade salad"
"I can't speak much to the service or atmosphere because I ordered my food "to go." However, my hamburger was great. The fries say handcut, but I'm not sure about that unless I received the wrong fries. Regardless, the hamburger was great."
"Saddest onion rings I’ve seen in quite some time . The burger tasted like a bad meatloaf mix, mealy and dry. The fried pickles were over cooked and hard. The only reason to give two stars is for the very nice cashier, but that was my last visit."
