Wendy's 651 Frogmore Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70820

"The Mgr stupid and rude , we brought a lg chili, he put 1 cracker n the bag ,asked for more,he needs to make sure the drive up window is closed when he makes stupid comments about we should be grateful we got that,as well this was the worst fish sandwich I ever had n 58 yrs Old ,looks like it was burnt, tomato not fresh nor was the lettuce. This being a new Wendy's that's barely been open 2yrs I expect better but when u have trifling mgrs that don't care ,then how do u think the staff will act"

"“Our system is down” is all I’ve ever hear when visiting. I’ve been many times (5+) and I’ve been able to order one time. If I hadn’t received food that one time then I wouldn’t believe anyone telling me they served food at all. I can’t understand how this Wendy’s operates without serving food most of the time."

"After standing at the register for 10 minutes, I finally ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo. I started waiting. And waiting. And the workers broke out into a argument about who was on shift and who wasn’t. Half an hour later, found out they didn’t even start prepping it. They actually had to ask me twice what order I had. I asked for a refund and they tell me, “oh, I can’t give refunds to people.” I’m never coming here again. Anyone who orders here, order something simple. Then, you just might get food."

"Have eaten here a few times. Most recent time, walked in at 6:00pm. Hours on the door said dining room was open until 10pm. Manager yelled at me from across the counter that they were "drive-thru only." No explanation, just shouted at me. Restaurant was staffed, door was unlocked. Pathetic service at night, day crew is nice. Food is passable."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s as far as food quality goes. Wendy’s square patties are usually thick and juicy compared to other fast food restaurants, but this location gave us burgers that were overcooked, dry, tasteless, and rubbery. They left ingredients out (mayo), and the tomatoes and onions tasted like they were not fresh at all. Literally the first time in decades as a fan of Wendy’s that a location dropped the ball this hard."
