"I’m so delighted to see they re-open again! The food was as good as I remembered and the service was incredible. You have one very happy client!!! Best of luck at your new location. We’ll be back very soon :)"
"Been patronizing Magasin since their beginning. I’ve had some absolute incredible Vietnamese meals with them, and I’ve had some that were downright awful. What they are serving out of their new location is as good as it has ever been! I hope they keep it up and don’t let the quality slip again."
"Magasin showcases a sumptuous ensemble of Vietnamese fusion and street food. The bulgogi fries are a better take than any poutine you might have anywhere. Fulfilling flavor was constant in every menu item I tried. Jacques-Imos isn’t the only great restaurant on Oak Street."
"Absolutely delicious food with great friendly service - a real family feel. It was just the time of day I went that meant it was fairly low on atmosphere, the place was charming and the potential for a bustling ambience. That said it was exactly what I was after."
"I had a weird experience at this place. Our server was nice, but overly welcoming. We chose where we sat and she asked for us to choose our server? I thought that was odd. Menus are comically big with big font and misspellings. I'm not sure if it is meant to be like that. Mai Thai was good but not $10 worth, it was a very small drink. We got water for the table but that didn't come until after the mai thai. We ordered bulgogi fries ($14), shrimp fried rice ($20), and Vietnamese pancakes ($12) were all very tasty. It was delicious. Portions and price are reasons I wouldn't return. The water cups felt like we were at a cheap diner, I think they can upgrade to glass. The way to pay with credit card was weird, you have to put the tip amount in before they charge your card. This place would benefit greatly from a happy hour because the price and portions on all of the dishes are unreasonable in my opinion."
