"I went to this particular McDonald's on Thursday March 22 at 12:45 , I have eaten at many McDonald's but I was served a Quarter ponder meal, that was fresh hot and very satisfying the fries were hot and I was very pleased with the customer service. I have never experienced this at any new orleans McDonald's who ever the Manager is needs to be thanked for the quality service I received."

"Do not go are dark. They lock the doors and make you go through the drive thru. It takes the employees so long to answer the drive thru that you are left to wonder if there is only one employee working, doing everything. Even after ordering for counter collection, was forced to go through drive thru. Sat in line for about 20 minutes because you can't cancel an order to get a refund on the app."

"This is a small compliment but i believe it goes a long way! There is NO other McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to in my life, except this one, that has warm syrup with the pancakes. Omg my breakfast be so good. Satisfied!"

"I’ve traveled the country and never had a better experience at McDonald’s! I’m not sure if it’s just we got lucky and had amazing crew tonight or what the difference is but they knocked it out the park in every category from cleanliness, friendliness, the food was hot and fresh exactly how we order we it and the ice cream machine works! Hands down best McDonalds in the country not even close! Adding photos but we already ate 90% it was so good!"

"Nightmare. Sited 30 minutes while order got cold because they wouldn’t give us the order. Threw a few fries into a medium container. Overcharged. Oh and the employees roll their eyes at you too. Wow. Sad. Don’t bother to contact the owners. They just apologize and do nothing."
