"After waiting in drive through line for 15 min, I had to use bathroom. So chose to go inside. Which was another 15 min waiting with only 1 person taken care of…. And I was going to wait UNTIL I saw a guy fixing food in the back, stop, slowly walk outside, casually smoke his cigarette in front of the literal entry way, slowly walk back in, during a rush. I wouldn’t have cared BUT He left the sweet cashier to make and take orders to go smoke for 1. For 2 The reason I left is bc when he came inside he was scratching his dreads not under a net, but worse he straight up did not wash his hands and immediately Picked up something and started moving chicken around. I’m sorry but like no. So after wasting most of my lunch I left and felt the need to right a review. Cars piled up, people piled up inside and everyone is walking around slow, food looks nasty, no management (she’s washing dishes in the back). Just horrible. And this is the 2nd time I tried this place out. Gross. Horrible. Shameful"

"Please check your bank statements, they charged me twice for one order! I went on Wednesday and spent 20.99 @4:47 pm Woke up on Thursday morning to another charge for the same amount charged at 8:47 am they not even open then.. They don’t answer the phone but this will be taken care of!"

"Waited in line for 25 minutes after mobile ordering. My husband and I think popeyes has the best chicken sandwich but these were so dry, old and the bun just flaked away, this was the worst chicken sandwich we have ever had. Fries were cold, Pretty sure our food was sitting in the bag for the 25 minutes we waited in line.... Sweet tea was the only thing we finished."

"Pulled up to the drive through speaker and no greeting had to speak to them first and waited more to get a response. Then she informs me there’s no spicy chicken only mild…. Then she informs me she only has 2 sides so I ordered mashed potatoes. I pull up to the window and I over hear her explaining to the person behind me theyre out of chicken tenders… I get to my place and my mashed potatoes weren’t there and I had ordered the 8 piece family meal and the chicken looked old and 1 piece was spicy even though they were out of spicy lol. Whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job in ordering product bc they had ran out of so many items or the employees were lazy to cook those items. My time there was 9 40 pm"

"I’m usually patient with this location considering their turnover rates. HOWEVER, the product and customer service was TRASH. This girl had the AUDACITY to attempt to an argument that the Blackened Chicken Sandwich is supposed to be dry! I forgot to mention the boatload of mayonnaise and lack of pickles on the sandwich. See the pictures for an example of what this location believes is a high quality product."
