"Waited between 10 and 15 minutes in the drive-through, at the order window, repeatedly told “one second.” After about 12 or so minutes and the third time telling me that they would be right with me, I asked him if I should just go inside. They told me the “no, the inside is closed” (I should’ve stated, this is about 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon). So finally, they took my order, lo and behold they got it wrong, but of course, I didn’t notice till I had already pulled away from the window and started unwrapping the food. Went back around, was not going to wait behind 10 people in the drive-through to tell them that they got the order wrong, so I pulled up near the window And told the girl. They remade the burger again and did the exact same thing, wrong order… again. This is the worst example of a fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my life. Honestly, I’ll just go hungry before I ever stop at this place again."

"I just left the Wendy’s in Port Allen LA. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes the line never moved! Everyone just sat there. There was 2 cars ahead of me. 25 maybe 30 minutes. Finally everyone started leaving. Then when I tried to call the number on the website it said that cellular device was no longer in service. So the phone number on the website is incorrect"

"Wendys used to be the best fast foods at reasonable price. The last 3 times that I have been to this Wendy's the food was either overcooked, cold and or thrown together. I would rather pull forward and wait for FRESH cooked food than given something thrown together."

"This was possibly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. After placing our order in the drive through, we waited 5 min for the car in front of us to get a frosty! Than our turn. Order #1 (single) ($10.59)and a spicy chicken sandwich (5.99). Waited forever for our order. Total was $20.59. We were charged for a double meal. Asked for receipt they said machine was down. When we challenged our charge they had the nerve to tell us they dont make singles anymore! We said you have to charge us for a single bc it’s on the menu and you didn’t say you don’t make singles. Then shocker they gave us our money back for the double and charged us for a single which was a dollar more than what the menu said. Not one apology, not one smile, it was the very worst experience. They district manager should get themselves to that store immediately."
