Wingstop

"I drove 30 minutes away to pick up a $50 online order. It was supposed to be done at 5:33 pm. I didn't get it until 6:14pm! I didn't notice the receipt wasn't on the bag, as all the others I was seeing going out had the receipt taped to them. But, when I got home we were missing a 10 piece order of B.I. wings. My 2 youngest could not eat with us, as the other wings we ordered were spicy. Also, our 15 piece Buffalo were only half sauced! Wth! Super rushed. I'd say. I called 5 times and no one answered. Either way, I wasn't about to drive 30 minutes back to pick them up, we were hungry, Now! I had to drive 10 minutes and pick up dinner for my 2 youngest kiddos, from mc'Ds. They were super upset they didn't get to have wings with the rest of us. I has to pay another $15, plus gas, plus my time. My 2 youngest and I were starving by the time I got home with a replacement for them. I overheard one of the staff say they were understaffed. I would have been more understanding with it taking so long, had my order been correct and not caused so much inconvenience and cost me more, money wise. This was a horrible wingstop experience! There is no option online to speak directly with corporate. Only limited options to choose from to make a complaint. I'll be super upset if I'm only offered the wings that were missing. I'd almoat find it acceptable if, at least I'm offered the missing wings and the ones with hardly any sauce on them. But, I'd rather just have a full refund. Guess we'll see what happens in the morning."

"Always check your bags. Every other order from here is missing something from our order. Not usual for the food to be cold. Waiting times are mostly 15-20 minutes beyond whatever the app says."

"I went there to get a single order of wings and French fries, it took 50 mins!!!. After about 40 minutes I went to the counter to bring it to their attention and the person behind the counter totally ignored me. So I repeated myself and she turned around and walked off. I couldn't believe it. I will never return to this wingtip again."

"The price is a little high for me, but their food is always top notch! You’ve GOT to try the fries!!! I ordered a small boneless combo with lemon pepper and Hawaiian flavors and both were cooked to perfection! Each flavor is so distinct and delicious!!! Not a long wait when we just walked in and very friendly staff!"

"Update 9/2/2023 I tried them again and y’all look at my wings I even try to put them in the air fryer . Idk what this is Worst experience! Had missing items thursday called them And the manager SIMONE never came to the phone put me on hold so I hung up because my newborn started to cry ! Then went back today and they didn’t have my order . The lady who took my order was rude . The manager Simone never came to the phone after waiting 20 plus mins of trying to get it solved. Ooo yeah I only know her name because I called on the other line and someone picked up right away and I asked and just hung up . Shreveport bossier has the worst customer service . Lousy lousy lousy … I just wanted to have some food while I finally got my new born to sleep . That’s all I wanted . I message corporate hopefully they will have customer service Update i Returned this 2-27-23 and they did not give me my extra 5-piece wings i did not even bother to call them ! The place is FULL OF MY PEOPLE AND WE NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER OKKK"
