"The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because of the young man that took my order. He was energetic, knew about the products and was friendly. However, the rest of the crew acted like they didn't even want to be working there. None of them smiled, once. They rarely even acknowledged the customers that were trying to talk to them about our orders. Then, when a drink was finished, the young girl would simply set it on the counter and walk away. She wouldn't say what it was or anything. Again, she'd ignore anyone trying to ask what she just placed on the counter top. The tables were a bit dirty, so when someone asked for a wet towel to wipe down a table or two, another young man behind the counter just picked up a bar towel and lobbed it towards the front of the store. He didn't ring it out or rinse it off. I asked for a drink carrier and the young lady let out a large sigh, lowered her shoulders and stomped away, like a 10 year old child. Then brought back a stack amd merely flung them on the counter."
