"They closed an hour earlier then they're posted closing time we sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and No one said anything about them being closed and all the lights were on."

"There's just something about the Franklin Popeyes that never fails to be.... absolute garbage. Always hard as a rock, overcooked, greasier than it should be (even for fried food), and tastes like OLD grease. 0/10. Do better - It's not like this small town has much as it is."

"Made online order 15 minutes before arriving. Waited in drive thru for another 15 minutes. Got to window and was told to pull up. That was 20 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. Just close it down already if can't get people to work. Worse customer service ever."

"Worst place to get food and feel even worse for the staff that works here .more than one staff member was outside smoking . as I pulled by all I could smell is marijuana through the parking lot, Managers during night are very disrespectful especially the white female manager, who claimed no more chicken was being dropped for the night after asking if I could have my order fresh. never have the food that is being ordered whether it be sandwiches or chicken or more. Sat in the drive thru for more than 30 min just to wait an additional hour just to receive my food and when I did I was told they didn’t have anything else left to complete my order. Only a few 2 staff that was great and respectful took my order well other than that the others was absolutely terrible attitude and overall terrible customer service don’t know how this store is still operating , such a disgrace for the name of Popeyes chicken"

"Once again Popeyes disappoints! Not sure how this location manages to stay open. Can only contribute it to lack of competition! Anyways...look at the pic of the side of red beans and rice. The container was less than half full, approx. 5-6 spoonfuls (using Their small plastic eating utensil!) Utterly ridiculous!! Their drumsticks are so small that they look like drumettes! What is a grown/hungry person supposed to do with this? It wouldn't be enough to feed a toddler! Considering their enormous price increases, and you're not getting your money's worth as it is, you would think they'd (At The Very Least) try to insure you'd have a satisfying meal. Overall, besides the skimpiness of their serving portions, the chicken doesn't have that great flavor Popeyes became famous for, service sucks and they don't seem to take pride anymore in the food they serve!"
