Papa Johns Pizza 1320 North Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, LA 70401

"Called order in for 3 pizzas, told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived and the girl working was finishing up with a customer. Asked if we were ordering said picking up. Said she might not have it ready, and it would be 30 minutes as she was only one working and that previous customer had to wait 30 minutes. Asked had she started it, she looked at register and glanced at screen in back then said no, we were her next customer and still would be 30 minutes wait. I asked why was i told 15 minutes if you're the only one working? Response was that call center doesnt know what their wait times are and that I needed to press #5 to get the store. Well, if it tells me press 3 to order why would I press 5? Canceled order and went to Dominoes. Better pizza and never had a problem with them."

"The manager Sara has been working there years.Rude racist disrespectful. Made a pizza over 3 times She was so mad the second time she cut the pizza like a kindergarten child and another manager had to help me an couldn't belive the whole situation literally too much to type. But I'm definitely calling Papa on her big back !"

"I ordered a Pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza for carry out !! Picked it up and got home and it was just pepperoni. Called and they made me a new one. The new one was right but was the worse pizza I have ever eaten. Guess they just threw it together because it was free. They lost me as a customer!!!!!!!!"

"We ordered 2 pizzas at 5:15 was told it would take 30 minutes. I called to get an update was told it just left the store, 30 minutes later no pizza still. I call back at this point it’s been an hour and 30 minutes, i told we only have 2 drivers, i understand that but you ask for numbers for a reason. At this point i want to speak to a manager or get a discount i was told No, to both of those options. I canceled the order and they have lost my business."

"Ordered Pizza, taste was good, ordering easy, delivery driver EXCELLENT, I was however dissatisfied with the amount of anchovies on the pictured pizza as I had ordered EXTRA. Filled out online survey expressing my dissatisfaction for their definition of EXTRA, did not ask for anything, simply expressed my opinion and received pictured email not even an hour later telling me I was not going to receive compensation. Compensation for what? Who asked for Compensation I simply filled out a survey with my opinion and apparently the General Manager feels like they provided too much service to me. Thanks, but no thanks my business goes elsewhere. Even when I did a chat with customer service (also pictured here) and showed them the pictured email they claim there is nothing they can do (see pictures of chat response), so these people can speak to you in any manner they see fit. Don't fill out the survey or this is the insulting nature of the response you will receive."
