"Food was stale, bread was crunchy, lobby was full of people waiting for orders, employee was steadily bringing food out to her cussing children (milkshakes and happy meals every couple minutes), soda machine was out of three beverages, tea was a pale yellow color (like pee), waited about 30 minutes for food. Also, the men’s bathroom was almost flooded, one urinal was out of order, there was no wall separating the urinals. Waste of time, absolute bull."

"this location is absolute trash. I order 10 nuggets. I open my 10 piece nugget box and guess what i see A MCRIB okay i go back to the line i say hey y’all gave me a mcrib i had ordered a 10 piece nugget. they ask to see the receipt and do not give it back. They then hand me a new 10 piece nugget box. guess what’s in this one. don’t say nuggets two. spicy. chicken. pattys. yeah."

"This place is a JOKE. I normally never do reviews but guys… don’t waste your time. They neverrrr have ice cream. They barely have frappés. Because they don’t feel like cleaning the machines. I pulled up at 10:27..Lunch starts at 10:30. I asked if I could make my order since by the time I got to the window it would be lunch. She said “we don’t have any lunch up right now” ?!?! As a business, food should be made to start serving lunch at the time y’all say it starts.. so I order sausage Burritos. And two mocha frapp. “No frappes as the moment only coffee and iced coffee (convenient right?) pay for the food, get the the window.. they ask me to pull up to the 3rd window for my burritos!!! Told me it would only be one minute… So they didn’t have lunch and barely any breakfast made. After sitting there for 5min waiting on them, the burritos barely had anything in them.what you see in the picture is the most they had on any of them. Literally flat like a pancake. Pathetic."

"Two stars is being generous, but because the restaurant itself was clean, and they had the updated technology to order on your own, I’ll give it to them. Service was horrible. Handful of workers, yet not one greeted us, nor the other two parties waiting in line. A simple “hello we will be right with you”, or “please use the kiosk to order” would have been awesome. But nothing?! Once we ordered on the kiosk, unprompted on our own, the food was out in a decent amount of time. We only ordered ice cream. A gentleman who was sitting before us was still waiting for his food, and we had waited a good ten min at that point. Bathrooms were terrible- feces on the seat and in the garbage can in one, and the other stall had an h flushed toilet and paper towel everywhere. Would never stop here again, even just for ice cream!"
