"Sooo, I travel for work. I am out here in Port Arthur every week and on Monday's, I get Chipotle. This is a routine that I have and had have for the last 3 years. Today, I made my usual order, which is a bowl and i get chips. My order is ALWAYS the same thing. To clarify I scoop my bowl with my chips. I don't, can't and WON'T eat my bowl any other way. To me it's like eating cereal without milk! Well, today they forgot my chips and I didn't notice until I got back to the room. Since I can't eat without the chips, I drove back and explainedthe situation. I also asked if they could remake the bowl since it has been about 45 minutes since I ordered. The integrity of the food has definitely changed (soggy cereal now). They told me that they can't remake the bowl and they were sorry! The way I see it is, if they had given me what I paid for in the first place I wouldn't have had to drive back. I got no compensation whatsoever. Not that I wanted any, I just wanted to eat my food the way I like it, who doesn't! I did, however, get the chips. Which I should have gotten in the first place and would have avoided this whole situation. I guess this is how business is done these days. I will accurately rate the location tho, I can't 1 star based on today. Although I want to!!"

"Food is always hot and fresh! One of my favorite places to go for lunch for a quick bite. It gives you that cooked, hot, and ready lunch line in the cafeteria feel. I usually go for the burrito or the bowl and the fresh tea's are amaze ball!"

"This has got to be the best chipotle I’ve been to thus far! Nice sized portions, cool AF staff, good music to listen too and a decent level."
