"Good lord where do I start. Pizza cold as could be. Tougher than a rubber tire, no sauce with cheese sticks. Working there can't be that hard or mabey it is. To me can't be that hard did this job 17 years ago and was easy as hell then. Probably help if management actually did there job. Corporate gonna love this phone call. Do your self a favor order anywhere else."
"We had ordered pizza and unfortunately, it was the wrong size and the wrong everything. But it was late so we made do. We went back the next morning and the manager was very pleasant about it. He apologized for the mix up took complete responsibility for the error of his staff and made it right. It was quite refreshing and earned our continued business"
