"I ordered the "Caspian" pizza ...BBQ, chicken, onion and I added pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfect with the cheesy sweet hot goodness of the other ingredients. The Asst. Manager (Captain) Chris was attentive, warm yet professional! Restaurant impeccably clean and oh yeah the music rocks!"
"I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who lives in Port Arthur. I live in Houston and we are very familiar with Mod Pizza. She could not wait for Mod to open. She gives the pizza 5 stars. She did a “build your own.” You can get as much toppings as you want without any extra charge. She gives the service 3 1/2 stars because she said no one acknowledged her standing there at the counter. It took the server a while before she even acknowledged her. She said the server was fixing a salad. Then when she completed that order, she acknowledged my mom. Customer service needs improvement definitely. Mod Pizza is healthier in a sense compared to the local chain pizza parlors."
"Came in yesterday for dinner with my mom and family. Pizza was really good with lot of varieties but my salad could have more dressing. Service was okay not sure what’s going on but I felt like guy who made my pizza didn’t want to be there. Fast food that’s normal."
"The Port Arthur location SUX. The guy taking your order does not know what hes doing and you can watch him copy what the person next to him makes. He doesn’t know what the different pizzas are. He also doesn’t know how the salads are. No one helps him either. Pizza came out burnt dough basically. Not even a teaspoon of sauce or cheese. Had to ask several times for more dressing on salad and it still came out dry. Did not add chicken so asked if it was ok to just put on top dry. Like you have a choice at this point. 2 mini pizza and mini salad 35$ Go somewhere else for better food for that amount."
"Just opened! I’ve never been to a mod pizza before. I was pleased. Staff was friendly and engaging. Food was good. It’s basically a make your own pizza kind of place. Keep in mind they just opened so they’re still trying to figure out a system which may cause the wait times to be a lil longer for now. That said, it wasn’t too bad!"
