"Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked for a super sonic bacon double cheeseburger and didn’t get it. They charged me for a bacon cheeseburger. The car hop was also very rude and impolite. Seemed very pissed off when arriving at my vehicle. I will never come back nor send anyone here. McDonald’s and Burger King and other places have way better service and that says a lot"

"I am normally very understanding of people in fast food as I am also a fast food worker but this is not the first time this has happened. I just passed through and placed a mobile order and checked into the stall. After about 5 minutes of waiting, they checked off that the order had been delivered. After another almost 5 minutes, did it actually get delivered. Even though there were no other orders to make. Typically, this wouldn't be an issue... If the order was actually correct when it was brought to me. The slushie didn't have any flavoring in it at the top, I ordered tots not fries, and I ordered no onions or tomatoes but still got them. I'm tired of this location being the slowest and getting my order wrong consistently just to save a few extra seconds on the clock."

"I use to go to McDs for fast milkshake fixes...but Sonics are popping up all over the place now. It is more convenient to drive the extra .2 of a mile to get get better quality guaranteed. I KNOW SONICS ICE CREAM MACHINE WONT BE BROKE 99.9% OF THE TIME I STOP FOR A MILKSHAKE."

"I placed an order for two long hotdogs with mustard ketchup and grilled onions and one tiny hotdog with ketchup and onions. All of them had mustered. Instead all of them were messy with most of the toppings on one side of the dog. I called and they agreed to remake them but blamed me for them being messed up. When I went to pick up the replacement food they wouldn't even give me a bag because according to them that's how I messed up the first order. Attached is how the made the replacements and only 2 of them were replaced. Neither of them fixing the hotdog that was supposed to not have mustard."

"Came for the Crave burger amazed by the onion rings. I got the new double crave burger with added bacon and jalapenos and a side of onion rings. The crave burger was as amazing as expected. I rarely get onion rings any where but I will get these more often. Nice amount of onion to batter ratio while being fresh and crispy. The burger was fresh and delicious as well. Juicy meat patties with the right amount of sauce and dressed with a fair amount of lettuce and tomato as to not over do it. I used the app to order and checked in when I arrived. Service was fast and courteous. Very impressed."
