"I heard all the rant about their boudin balls and hog crackling so I decided to give them a try. The first plain boudin ball I took out of the bag must have broken open when they fried it because it was full of oil and tasted horrible. The other two were just ok. I could tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp quite some time. The pepper jack cheese boudin ball was good. The hog crackling were not very good but the chicken crackling was good. So that's my experience, just ok."

"Cool store and quick stop food location. We tried the crawfish pie and the deer burrito. It was delicious. Bought some smoke goodies to take back home and share with family and friends. Smoked deer sausage, boudin with jalapeño, regular boudin balls, etc. There are so many unique products they make, but my wallet said enough. We surely will return."

"So- I heard about the Boudin King Cakes and had to try them. We couldn't get through by phone to order, so we had to drive over. Ordered for the next day, but they were late by about an hour on pick up time. I'm told this isn't usual but our order was overlooked. Apparently, these things take hours to cook. We ordered two. One original and one with the cream cheese stuffed boudin and pepper jelly. I preferred the stuffed one with all the toppings, but they were both amazing. I'm attaching a photo of the (half eaten) stuffed one without the green onions on top. That was a modification we asked for. It is topped with bacon, maybe cracklins... I'm not even sure. They are amazing and huge. One size only and they are about 50 bucks a piece. Go try them. You won't be disappointed. PS- the place is a true smokehouse. Prepare to smell like smoked meat all day after you visit."
