McDonald's 34807 Louisiana 16, Denham Springs, LA 70706

"Double cheeseburger had a weird metallic smell.... not sure what that was about but I didn't eat it. I asked for no pickles on it when I first ordered so they had to "remake" it. They also decided to not put onions either, even though i didnt mention anything about onions. And the sprite was just carbonated water. Didn't put the apples in the happy meal. No lettuce on the hot n spicy and I didn't mention anything about lettuce either."

"The only good thing about that place is that it’s newly built. Poor business is a reflection of poor management! The orders are ALWAYS wrong, missing items or bad food, cold fries or hard buns. They are constantly out of sweet & sour sauce."

"This McDonalds is always out of something...orange juice, frozen drinks, etc. And when will they start offering zero products? Update, 4 months later: they're better with their supply, but very often get orders wrong. We've been given half wrong orders, someone else's orders, kids' meals with no fries, no straws, no napkins, coffee with splenda AND sugar added, coffee with nothing added and no splenda or cream in the bag, confusion when we ask for four bottles of water instead of sodas, etc. It's nearly comical. Also, there is an older, disabled woman that works there. She's always busy and very nice. On a rainy day, with a restaurant full of young people, this elderly disabled person was sent to deliver food to the car of someone who had been told to park and wait for their order. She had no umbrella, no rain jacket. When I asked at the serving window why they were sending this elderly, disabled woman out in the rain like that, I was told that "she's alright" and they all had to do it. This was very disturbing to me."

"Wish I could give this place 0 stars...Waited in the driver thru for 20 minutes. Had to pull up to the second window. Why did WE have to, when people in front of us waited at the first window? Then, when we FINALLY got our food, we had the guy who gave it to us wait, because, you know, you HAVE to check it to make sure it's right. Well.....the bun on the quarter pounder was sticking out of the box, the cheese, pickles and onions were all over in the bag! We complained about it, and the guy didn't say anything! We had ketchup and mustard all over our hands, and showed it to the guy, and asked if we'd like a napkin. Should have automatically apologized and got us napkins. This place sucks...and found a HAIR in the burger! Noping this McDonald's."

"Met my grandson here for his birthday. He really wanted a Gordon squishmallow toy. Was told by mgt that it was impossible to tell them inside the package. Ordered one on eBay. First thing I spotted when taking it out the package was how easy I could tell what was inside. The manager did not care about my grandson or his birthday. How callous! Children do not matter here."
