"Update: it’s really cool to visit somewhere that is consistently great. I have gone to other Italian restaurants and find myself using this restaurant as a benchmark. I ordered some food to go, customers service is still going strong, and the food has not skipped a beat. The person on the phone was upbeat and when I received my order, everything was there. Food is still great and the portions are enough for two meals for me. It doesn’t look like an Italian restaurant from the outside. It is a casual dining experience filled with locals. Restaurant is clean. Service was quick. We were greeted within thirty seconds of sitting down. They have fresh brewed sweet and unsweetened tea. Food presentation was nice and came out in a timely manner. This place was packed out and our food still made it to our table quick. Mama Mia! (Italian man voice) portions are big and the price is fair. This is my go to spot to wear casual clothes ( meaning my elastic band pants so I can overeat- no judgement ) and eat some delicious food."
"Although the food is very good and the service can be very good and the atmosphere is OK… The 3 ounces of wine that you receive for $12-$14 is outrageous for jug Wine. So if you’re planning on going to bistro having a pizza or some Italian food with a glass of wine, be advised, the food is relatively good price, but the wine is ridiculously expensive for a low-grade quality wine. It ruins, the entire meal and experience when the waiter brings you 3 ounces of wine and a big glass."
"Two stars for the two hairs I found in my pasta this most recent visit. I have enjoyed a few dishes from here in the past but no longer. I wasn’t going to call after the first hair because I was honestly just tired and I know it happens once in a blue moon. However, when I found the second hair I had reached my wits end. One was blonde and the other was a small black hair. To add insult to injury, I called and spoke to the manager who didn’t have much to say except for that no one who works there has blonde hair.. This led to a back and forth which in my opinion is an unacceptable response for a restaurant manager. I hope he takes this up with his kitchen for the sake of public health."
"We came in 45 minutes before closing and never felt rushed. Server was very knowledgeable and kind. Food was amazing!! Meat eggroll appetizer, caprese Salad and chicken parmesan were all very delicious!! We will be back!"
"Had a good experience at the restaurant. The food was great and the right portion to eat alone. The Beignets were huge and too much for me to eat. It also came with ice cream. Desserts are not on the menu. Just ask for them when you get there. The only negative experience was all the booths were connected and not level. Every time the person on the other side behind me moved my bench would move. Very annoying"
