"Really disappointed Starbucks! Spend money here if not once but twice a day! Heavy set guy with the beard in drive thru is really rude. Tries to be sweet but in that cocky rude Karen way I would assume because he doesn’t enjoy his job.had a smirk on his face like he enjoys being hateful. Then goes to make the order crappy. Never had this experience anywhere but here and not once but twice! On top when I’m having a bad day and trying to get Starbucks to cheer myself up, you never know what someone is struggling with. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here ever. Which I’m sure will please him. Do better Starbucks because one employee could really sabotage a location. Very disappointing. Especially when you’re nothing but nice but receive bad service simply because they hate their job or who knows maybe because of my skin color. Either way how awful and disgusting,"

"I always order a Venti Vanilla Latte with Soy Milk. ALWAYS NO FOAM because I can't digest it. I had a young lady try to make it, but there was foam on top which gives me a lot less to drink. When I asked if she could remove the foam, she said yes. She gave me my cup right back and yet, there was still foam. I asked again, and she tried to defend that she couldn't do anything else. I knew better because I never have the issue when I go. I figure, if I place my order and pay, why is there an issue with taking an extra step to skin off what I can't have. To me, it's simple..I ended up being stressed. Another team member tried and she was trying to tell me something else about the oz in my cup. I offered to buy a 2nd Latte since my request was turning into a serious issue. Finally, another team member asked how could she help and FINALLY, my order was filled. She took the extra step to help me. I didn't get her name, but SHE made me happy. Some young adults have 0 patience when working in the public. If it's too much, maybe try something different. I'm not the only customer that will ask for something different! Hammercy"

"Second time coming here, and both times they was over speaking me on the speaker, so they couldn’t properly hear my order, which resulted in me getting the total opposite of what I asked for, food and drinks still good, but it would've been better if it was the way I asked them to make it."

"I always loved StarBucks. They have the best coffee when you need and they still going strong. And they still serve Red Eye coffee too! Yummy!"
