"Just paid 30 bucks for (AT MOST) a 10 dollar breakfast steak!! The cook looked out the window between the cash register, and the kitchen ( the 1 with the center hole Torn in the aluminum foil) to see it he knew the person that he was giving it too. If I had looked at the steak before I was 35 miles from there I PROMISE I would have took it back for a refund… . LOST MY BUSINESS"
"Definitely not how I remembered. We visited last Friday evening. I wasn't aware that the buffet was only during certain times. Cool either way so we decided to dine-in. The food was mediocre at best. For appetizers we ordered bbq wings, cheese stick, and boudin balls. Nothing to write home about. Wings had a decent flavor but not enough sauce. The sauce was hit or miss. On top of that it we only received all drums/leg portion. There was not 1 flap. The cheese inside the mozzarella sticks was very smoothe which I liked. Other than that they nor the marinara sauce were very flavorful. The boudin balls were just okay. None of the appetizers we ordered were good enough tonsay I would order again. The cost is a bit on the pricey side for the appetizers and the portions were not enough for the price ( boudin balls & cheese sticks). Also, apparently the night we went it was all you can eat fried shrimp but we weren't made aware. I heard another server informing her table. For entrees we ordered hamburger steak with two sides, and fried shrimp platter with two sides. The hamburger steak was exceptionally good and seasoned very well. However the brown gravy that was used on top of it and the rice black labor tremendously. The mustard greens were decent as well. The fried shrimp were good. However, the plate did not include a double side of fries like requested it was more like a single order. I can't speak on the buffet since we did not have the opportunity to try it. Straddling the fence to determine whether or not we should go back just to try that part."
"Only giving a 4 because I realize I am not an “all fried foods” fan. I suppose if you know what good fried oysters taste like, you probably like them, but I prefer raw.. other than that, food was good, service was great."
"If I could give -0 stars I would. This place is still in business solely due to the plant workers in the area eating here, has to be. The customer service is lacking, and the food quality is below standard. This place must be under new management! Whoever is in charge needs to provide training for the waiting staff in customer service and they need new cooks! I will never eat here again and will advise others to steer clear of this dump due to terrible customer service and the trash they're serving that they think is food!!!! Save your money and find a place to eat that will appreciate your business. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!! THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!"
