"Pizza was clearly not made correct! Have tried calling several several times for no one to answer the phone. Customer service is a Negative 10. Food NEGATIVE 25. I recommend you go to another Location even if it’s a little further. Worst Pizza Hut I ever been too."
"The absolute worst customer service of any food place. Ordered a pizza easy on the sauce and was very specific about almost no sauce cane with extra sauce. Called and spoke the a manager and they were going to send another pizza again was very specific with him. Took longer than they said to arrive and it had a lot of sauce on it pretty much a normal amount with what looks like extra cheese compared to the first pizza and it was barely cooked. Called back and the previous manager had left and the new manager argued with me about the amount of sauce and told me to just not order. Neither one appear to be almost no sauce. Photos of 1st and 2nd pizzas."
"Quick & easy to order. It was ready when I arrived. Pizza was great but marina doesn't belong with cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon stock were good but would have been nice to have icing."
"I ordered online delivery. The store called me promptly to let me know that they were out of sweet chili sauce for my wings so I changed it to honey bbq. The Cinnabon rolls and pizza were good but the wings didn’t have any sauce on them. It’s like the put the sauce in the container and then placed the wings in the box. All the food was hot though and delivery time was decent."
"I barely do bad reviews unless needed and this was needed. Ordered through the app to use my rewards since my son wanted pizza. Well pizza was wrong and they even forgot the drink. I got the drink but still incorrect pizza. After calling this morning and getting no service, I just called the Corporate office number. I guess this location figured it didn’t matter since we used Pizza Hut Rewards but we earned those! Oh yeah I also don’t have the correct receipt to do an actual survey at the bottom. I was told that this is the stores copy and not the customers."
