"Thief's and liars Charging $10.00 for a lemonade when it says $4.00 on the menu and online menu. Ill never be back and ill be telling EVERYONE how much of a thief yall are. Nothing in a lemonade or a snowball no matter what size is worth $17.00. You have not been dealing with this since Saturday. The theft occurred Saturday by you and was brought to your attention TODAY 10/18/2021. There were no fresh fruit in the cup. It was lemonade with snow cone juice poured in. I will be posting this review far and wide for all to see just how smug you are to rip people off and to not make it right. I hope it was worth the $7 you stole from me."
"Very disappointed with St Charles street location. Treated my mom to a snowball after a day in town. Only to find out the employees could not change the blades for the ice machine and it was very dry. Paid 10$ for 2 SMALL snowballs. Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on."
