"Normally have amazing experience here but last couple times have had issue with an older gentleman working there. Within six months have been given TWO defective fuel pumps (both times had mechanic diagnose the issue and test other fuel system components). Earlier in the day a younger gentleman helped look up my number and warranty on fuel pump-I explained to him this would be a warranty on an already warrantied pump and wanted to verify warranty is still active or find out if it would be pro rated. Got the go ahead for warranty so came back with my defective fuel pump to where the older guy was very snide and off putting in his comments. “I’m confused on why you’re here for another warranty. That doesn’t seem possible. How would you know this pump is defective Miss? If it happens again you’ll have to talk to store manager before we help you” Rest assured if this is another defective pump I will be asking for Dylan the store manager. As I’d much rather NOT have my car strand me on the road and have to fork out money on more tow bills and diagnosis on my car. Normally have an amazing experience here but today was a headache on my second visit."
