"It is not recommended to bring a new vehicle here. They walked all over my brand new leather seats and trunk carpet with their shoes on. Tracking dust and debris throughout the interior. Didn't even deign to clean up after themselves. There do not appear to be any tears or cuts to my leather, but there could be micro scratches/cuts that I can see. I got a small amp installed to boost the not quite loud enough factory system. When I brought it back saying it was a little too boosted, they told me to disengage the speed related volume control. I took this to mean they wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars to make my sound system more difficult to operate by manually adjusting the volume every time I accelerated past 30 mph. Literally had to drive with one of them to drive home my point that the volume was too loud at level one; it also means they don't believe the customer should get what they paid for. After more than 3 total hours of wait time, I finally got what I wanted. Though I would say it was overpriced for all the hassle. I plan to never go back to this place unless something goes wrong with the amp/installation as I wholeheartedly regret choosing this place..."
