Subway 5019 Twin City Highway, Port Arthur, TX 77642

"Waited in drive through for 15 minutes and a supposed manager came over and advised that they were too busy and I would need to come in. As I was in the process of heading to work and they were already helping people that came after me, I asked if she could go ahead and take my order and she responded rudely "no". I go inside and she's increasing rude and even "thanks me for my complaint". I got the number for Darren and called and left a message but received no callback or text"

"Food to be expected what comes from a subway ,restaurant clean,tables clean service great seating was uncomfortable and customers were vaping at there tables ..not enjoyable to eat at the restaurant"

"Waited in Drive thru for 38 minutes. Finally took my order then came back and said sorry we r closing. The sign on the door said they closed at 10pm. On Google it said they stayed open til 12. Well this was 9:17 pm on a Friday. Darren does ur store need help????"

"I liked it here. It was the first time I had ordered anything from this Subway and the whole atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered a wrap and they filled it up to the brim which was cool. However, one of the employees kind of struggles to wrap the wrap... and another employee was in shorts, but it was alright. The food was good. Would probably come again because they filled up my wrap with a lot compared to other Subways."

"Disgusting. I ordered on 3 different occasions. 1st time my chicken was spoiled. 2nd time my chicken was still half frozen. 3rd time I asked them to warm the cheese and chicken. I got my sandwich and it was still cold. I then asked for a remake and they took the sandwich back, only to give me the same sandwich back cold. Then they don’t even have real bags. The chicken not white at all it’s still pinkish."
