"After reading great review after great, and seeing the rating I said. Sure. This is the one. Well, Beelzebub had other plans for me... The fries were old and burnt. The turkey bacon ranch Market sand, well... LOOK, not even bacon let alone the bread wasn't the right kind and TOASTED????. FORGOT my bottle water said it was all in the bag. "I knew better in my stomach" yet it wanted to eat. The roast beef was the only thing right. I gave Arby's 3 tries from the last bad experience. And NOW. your done....."

"I don't typically make reviews, this is actually my first one, but I have to say the location in PA has improved. I came last month and thought it was a fluke that service was fast and food was fresh, because the last time I visited (about 5 months ago) I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes, wasting most of my lunch break. Came today expecting to wait 15 min minimum but from order to leaving I was there for less than 5 min. Actually got to eat and take a 15 min nap before going back to work. Whatever has changed keep it up!"
