"If you're cajun, you dont even have to question it any farther than its name. If you're not, you're missing out. They cut and smoke all of their meat. They offer boudin, pounce, stuffed pork chops, sausage, and much more. The local people in the town dont even go to Walmart. With local traditions alive and well, this establishment has done it right. Old style home recipes and absolutely the best boudin I've laid my lips on."
