"They under a boil advisory and said I couldn’t get a coke. If you don’t know coke Machine are not hooked up to the water system and I explain that that I didn’t need ice.,she said she couldn’t served me coke. And this was a manger too. People are so dumb now and days. If you don’t know coke machine have two things box of coke syrup then a bottle of whatever it is called to carbonate the coke that’s it there is no water."

"Buyer Beware! Stopped here tonight (1/9/24) on my way home from work at around 11:30pm. Ordered two -Deluxe- QPC combos (the ones with all the trimmings). Due to water being cut off for them, they subbed me one "apple juice" per combo instead of large drinks. No real problem there, except that they taste horrid (Not the staff's fault on this part, obviously) and are tee-tiny. My actual complaint comes in with the burgers. As stated above, my order had 2 DELUXE quarter pounders with cheese. Once home (about 10 minutes away) and I unloaded for my husband and I to eat, we noticed that they were both -basic- QPCs with next to nothing on them besides a squirt of ketchup and two pickles. The Deluxe burgers cost more. Not to mention I was the -only- customer there. The. ONLY. Customer. There. Zero excuses, guys and gals. I will be checking every part of every order before leaving from now on."

"We placed our orders and waited. The manager on duty was a young guy and had a crew of young people who were more into goofing off than taking care of customers. I watched as our order set on the counter with the fries on the tray while it waited for the chicken nuggets. Needless to say the fries were cold. The dinning area was not being kept clean. There were napkins and an empty cup laying next to the coke machine when we got our cokes and when we left after eating it was still there even with the employees walking around. The trash cans were packed full needing to be emptied."

"I ate breakfast in kinder, was relieved that the nonworking ordering screen there was discontinued. It took 10 times the time to order. It was another failed attempt to avoid hiring a human. McDonald's at one time had great coffee,now it's not more than hot water in a cup, The breakfast was good."

"For years we have come thru the drive thru to make our purchase ( almost on a weekly basis). Today we decided to go in and dine. And this will be our last. The order was incorrect. Could not get a receipt, dining area was dirty, tables sticky, bathroom was horrible with no paper towels. The condiments area was dirty, no lids, unorganized. There was only one other couple in the dining area with us, and maybe 5 cars went thru the drive thru area in the hour we was there. I have never been a fan of McDonald's, but my family is, so I'm glad to go with them. But no more for me at this establishment. I gave it one star, because that was the only way to leave a review, and there was one employee, that was very polite."
