"I will not shop here again until the female dark haired store manager is gone. She was extremely rude and just dismissed me. I am a loyal costumer for over 25 years to AE and have always received amazing service . When the manager makes annoyed sounds and facial gestures when discussing the return policy and then says washing an item qualifies as abuse ???
